Lake Ngaroto

A very overcast day at Lake Ngaroto located between Hamilton and Te Awamutu.
Lake Ngaroto is a small lake with a nice walking trek around it a few kms long. It consists of bush scenery, bird sitings and a quiet peacful trek.

The lake is also quiet and small amounts of visitors flock to the lake each weekend for a walk or some fishing. The lake also has warning signs of no swimming as it contains red algae.

Took a couple hours out of the day to travel and out and take some photos of the water. Managed to get some amazing flat and calm water shots with great reflections. As it was overcast the light wasn't too bad just had to watch getting too much sky in the photos. I feel they turned out great:)

A Weekend At Home

Some quick photos I snapped while hanging out at my family home. Love going home on Sunday's to hang with the family as we have a beautiful few hectares property full of nature, animals and colours, perfect for some canvas photos!:)

Autumn Shoot with Casey

Autumn Season-This photo shoot we organised to do within an hour..was super fun. We had some amazing results with the colours and most of all light in our photos with Casey as we had actually shot these at 1pm during the day so there was too much light. But we were at Hamilton Gardens where the trees and gardens created such useful light and sheltered and colours turned out perfectly.
